A subject like „Language and Perception” can be seen from two quite different perspectives: It can mean the way a language might shape the speaker’s perception of the world, but it can also mean how, based on their language use, speakers are perceived by other speakers.
Both aspects can look back on a long tradition of research as well as new findings that have been added throughout the last years. It is the aim of this conference to mirror the current state of research in both areas as well as to point to possible intersections between them.
