Course booklet

The course booklet (KVV) is published here before the start of each semester. There, you can find details of all the courses offered by the CSLS and by partner Institutes that are open to students on the MA in Sociolinguistics program. You can register for courses on KSL. Please note that the registration deadlines for courses vary from institute to institute. Information on registration deadlines can be found in the KSL entry for each course.

Registration for courses from the English Department

Please note that strict rules apply for the registration for courses from the English Department.

Registration for courses opens on the 5th of January 8 a.m. for the spring semester and on the 2nd of August 7 a.m. for the fall semester. Registration closes on the 1st of February 11:59 p.m. for the spring semester and on the 1st of September 11:59 p.m. for the fall semester. Deregistration is possible during this time.

Registration for assessments opens on the 5th of January 8 a.m. for the spring semester and on the 2nd of August 7 a.m. for the fall semester. It closes on the 15th of April 11:59 p.m. for the spring semester and on the 15th of November 11:59 p.m. for the fall semester. Deregistration for assessments is possible during this time frame.

All courses are capped at 20 students.
